The foundation in the Apollo Sindoori QHSE System is:

  • To provide a Safe and Healthy working environment while safeguarding all ASHL employees, customers, partners and suppliers as far as reasonably practicable. This means that predictable risk, which may lead to personal or psychological injuries, illness or property damage will be controlled.
  • To provide education, information and training to employees on safe working practices to encourage and enable employees to carry out their duties safely.
  • ASHL recognizes the moral and ethical responsibilities in protecting the Environment, pursuing action programs benefiting the Environment in the local community.

ASHL - Food Safety Policy:

  • To Identify , Evaluate and control all hazards related to Food safety During the whole chain of Food Production procedure until serving to the Consumer /Clients.
  • To Satisfy our client needs and to avoid of food safety issues
  • Providing necessary resources and training to enable employees to carry out their respective assigned duties.
  • Maintaining Comprehensive records to demonstrate that FSMS is being effectively implemented and verified.

ASHL – Environment, Health & Safety Policy:

  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff by preventing accidents and cases of work related Activities.
  • Prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our action.
  • Adopting the best practices for minimizing and effective utilization of raw materials and controlling of Food Wastages.

QHSE – Monitoring and reviewing of Targets and objectives:

  • Unit Managers Daily Walkthrough reporting system
  • Comprehensive Weekly QHSE self Audit report
  • Periodical collecting and evaluation of Client satisfaction Report
  • Monitoring of Fortnight Rust Free Deep Cleaning System.
  • Continual QHSE audit towards unit operations , identifying hazards and review on non compliance to make sure of smooth F & B operations
