To Manage all aspects of Food and beverage Operations. To achieve revenue and income objectives, customer service objectives; assisting in establishing departmental policies and procedures and monitoring departmental budget(s) to ensure the profitable operation of the food and beverage.

To plan and coordinate food preparation and service. To manage the preparation of food within an established production system following standardised recipes,preparation and service.To maintain the established standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety. To plan and conduct training and meetings for the maintenance of established professional standards.

To assist the manager in the day-to-day operations and be responsible for the department in the absence of the manager.

  • Experience: 10- 12 years in relevant field

 

To ensure smooth service of designated outlet. To prepare duty chart for all the service staff. To maintain the established standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety Cleanliness of the entire production and the service areas.To indent and to distribute service materials and cleaning material to the concerned areas.

To assist the manager in the day-to-day operations and responsible for the department in the absence of the manager.

To organize and execute smooth service in designated outlet. To Check night log book. To ensure a high level of cleanliness in the areas assigned. Work allocation and briefing of all waiters before each service.

To check and sure all mis-en-place are ready before service.To check service reports. To ensure smooth and efficient operations in all the sales outlets and give feedback to Executive/Manager.

  • Experience: 3 – 6 years in relevant field

 

To collect orders from the captain, place the orders to the kitchen, if any set the appropriate service wares , pick up the food according to the order and serve to guest in high standards. Preparation of weekly inventory of all equipment, prompt information to the Incharge of any breakage’s / missing equipment’s from service. To the required misc.-en-place for service ready – cutlery, crockery, glassware, trays etc.To maintain proper personal hygiene and grooming.

To assist Chef in day to day kitchen operations. To be responsible for planning the menu in co-ordination with the manager. Responsible for indenting according to patient’s menu / occupancy. Checking the quality of dairy, wet and dry provisions and other materials received from stores. To plan menu, staffing and execution of production as per the menu chart in the kitchen. To be responsible for manpower management, allocation of job, allotting overtime. To ensure portion control and standard recipes are strictly followed. Responsible for proper storage of materials received from stores and controlling distribution of the same.

To be responsible for ensuring proper personal hygiene and grooming. To ensure quality food preparation for patient’s, guests and employees. To ensure portion control and standard recipes are strictly followed. To be responsible for imparting job training for production staff. Also to co-ordinate the periodic maintenance of kitchen equipment, gas ranges. To be responsible for reducing wastage, pilferage and cost controlling. Responsible for proper storage of materials received from stores and controlling distribution of the same. To ensure patient’s food is handed over in the time scheduled maintained. Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation in the entire production area.

According to the day’s menu , check if the mise-en-place required are ready. Food Preparation as per the stipulated menu by following standardised recipe according to the meal timings. To ensure that prepared items are tasted by chef / manager before handing over. To maintain at most cleanliness and hygiene standards at work.

Food Preparation as per the stipulated menu and for the patient’s according to the meal timings.Pre preparations for the next day’s menu. To maintain personal hygiene and grooming. To maintain atmost cleanliness and hygiene standards at work.

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Greet customers. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers.
